We Build Websites that You Can Have a Great Relationship With

We can’t even tell you the number of times we’ve had conversations with potential clients who are just “fed up” with their current web site.

They are beyond frustrated because they don’t know how to make simple edits and updates themselves, and they are tired of waiting weeks for their “missing in action” website designer to do it for them.

In some cases, their designer has just disappeared completely, taking all of the information about where the site is “hosted,” and the usernames and passwords (needed to access the site to make changes) with them!

Regardless of whether you are looking to build your very first website, or if you are looking to update a site that you’ve had for years, our goal it to provide you with the best possible experience, from our first “get to know you” conversation through the final edits and beyond!

We create websites that you can have a great relationship with—using software that not only makes your website easy for YOU to manage and edit, but also makes it engaging and user-friendly for your site visitors. And we provide you with ongoing support and guidance (when you need it).

Helping You Connect with Your Audience

Our goal is to build websites that are welcoming to your site visitors, sites that help you engage in a deeper, more personal relationship with them. We also help you stay connected to your audience through a variety of web, email, and social media solutions—making it more likely that your clients, fans, volunteers, or donors will keep coming back to your site again and again.

Helping You Save Money and Stay in Control of Your Site

We build websites in a content management system called WordPress. It is extremely user-friendly, which means that you can easily learn how to make simple changes to your site—insert photos, edit text, write blog entries, even add pages. This will help you save money in your business, nonprofit or personal life in the long run since you won’t have to hire a designer to make these minor changes for you.

Our clients have found the amount of control that WordPress provides to be immensely satisfying—especially the power to make simple edits and updates on their own schedules—not having to wait for someone else to do it for them. But don’t take our word for it:

As a nonprofit organization, Hawaii Learning Resource has limited funds and was in need of someone who could help update our website. As the person responsible for the website, it was always frustrating to me to have to rely on someone else to make updates to our site and the process was always slow and tedious. I contacted Beth who reviewed our site and made recommendations including transferring our site hosting company, which saved us money.

Beth took our existing site and transformed it into a website we are proud to refer people to. She provided one on one training to me, which enables me to make changes to our site and also to post news whenever I want. This has helped keep our website up to date and I don’t have to wait on anyone to do it for me. Beth is always available to assist me if I feel I need it, but continually assures me I can do it myself which is always greatly appreciated. Beth has made a huge difference for our organization and has brought our website to a whole new professional level.

Providing Long-Term Support When Needed

Our goal is to begin a relationship with you and your website, and to maintain that relationship beyond the design phase, so that you feel that you have the support and confidence you need to do what you want with your site for years to come. We stay connected with you through our ongoing email newsletter, and we are available, if needed, to help you with any updates, add-on features and enhancements, or future redesigns. We will not leave you in the dark.

Website design is a work in progress, like a great relationship. It may begin in a simple way, but it has accessible depth that we can tap into over time, as we learn more about your business, nonprofit, or personal needs and preferences. We hope to stay connected with you, to grow with you, and have you benefit from our ever-expanding knowledge of new ways to make your site even better.
